Upon registration or at any time thereafter, ong368 reserves the right to request documentation to verify Your identity, age, and residency. Standard KYC documentation includes a clear photograph or scan of Your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) showing all information and all four corners of the document, proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph of You holding Your KTP next to Your face for identity confirmation.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of Our request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under Your Account, whether authorized by You or not. You agree to immediately notify ong368 of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security.
We strongly recommend that You use a strong, unique password for Your ong368 Account and enable any additional security features We may offer. You should never use the same password for ong368 that You use for other online services. ong368 will never ask You to disclose Your password via email, phone, or any other communication method.
All financial transactions on ong368 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support various deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market.
We accept deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major banks) and Indonesian e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified Accounts. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in Your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, ong368 requires that all deposits be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement may be increased in specific circumstances at Our discretion. We reserve the right to request additional documentation and to delay withdrawals if We suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes, using automated systems or bots to place bets, exploiting software errors or loopholes to gain unfair advantage, and any other activity We deem to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Users must play fairly and in good faith. Cheating, collusion, fraud, and any form of unfair play are strictly prohibited. For sports betting services, all bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ong368 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet Your requirements or that any errors in the platform will be corrected.
In no event shall ong368, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of Our Services, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to You for all claims arising from Your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds held in Your Account at the time of the claim.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, internet connectivity issues, power failures, or any other technical malfunctions beyond Our reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, We reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ong368. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party websites and services at Your own risk.
Either You or ong368 may terminate Your Account at any time in accordance with the provisions set forth below.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting Our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in Your Account (excluding any active bonus funds) will be paid out to You in accordance with Our standard withdrawal procedures, provided that You have met all verification requirements and have no outstanding wagering obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent or illegal activity, bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity (Accounts inactive for more than twelve months may be closed), or if We determine that Your continued use of the Services poses a risk to ong368 or other Users.
Upon termination of Your Account, Your right to use ong368 Services immediately ceases. If Your Account is closed for violation of these Terms, ong368 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and winnings in Your Account. If Your Account is closed without cause by ong368 or by Your voluntary request, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to You after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
If You believe You have a gambling problem, You may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, Your Account will be locked and You will not be able to access ong368 Services. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the chosen period.
